Arris Engineering will be commencing work on the Renovations and Addition to the Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts at the Marywood University. The project includes renovations to the existing center and a 50,000 sq-ft three story addition. The project is slated for LEED Silver certification and will be completed in REVIT 2012. Design completion is scheduled for November 2011.

ARC-Flash Analysis
Arris has completed Arc-Flash analysis on over 50 building systems since 2004 and is continuing its march toward being the areas largest qualified engineering firm to conduct Arc-Flash Analysis Studies. Arris employs five full time engineers that are certified to perform the studies and is in the process of adding additional staff to meet demand. Our engineers typically work with the facilities electrical contractor or will utilize the services of our own sub-contracted electrical contractor to collect the required data at a facility. Working with the facility staff, we will develop accurate one-line diagrams and provide a comprehensive short circuit and arc-flash study of the system including all labeling and training if desired. Electrical Engineers VA Wilkes-Barre
Renovations to the 8th Floor west at the VA Wilkes-Barre includes a 30,000 sq-ft renovation of office and patient room space for conversion into a Sleep Lab and Audiology Testing and Evaluation Department. Associated office and waiting areas are included.
Electrical Engineers Robert Packer Hospital
Arris has recently completed the design of a supplementary cooling system for the Blood Analysis Core Lab at the hospital in Sayre, PA. The supplemental system includes the application of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology and includes 11 separate zones of cooling. The flexibility and efficiency of this type of cooling system is unmatched in the industry and it is making its way into many types of limited space applications.
Taylor Hospital, Ridley Park, PA Electrical Engineers Taylor Hospital, Ridley Park, PA This project includes the complete renovation of an existing 8,000 sq-ft Clinical Laboratory on the Second Floor of the main hospital MOB. The new Microbiology Lab will include a TB and PRC Lab as well as multifunctional testing and a frozen specimen lab.
ALBERT EINSTEIN MEDICAL CENTERElectrical Engineers Crozer Chester Medical Center
The successful construction of the renovation to the Burn Treatment units at the Crozer Chester Medical Center has just been completed. Included in the renovation to 12 patient treatment rooms was the creation of two burn patient isolation treatment rooms that included 99.97% HEPA filtration system with automatic pressurization, temperature and humidity control.More>>
